Perfect Location and Fantastic Service
I had a wonderful stay at this stylish hotel! The location in Beacon Hill was perfect for exploring Boston, with beautiful streets and the river just steps away. The staff truly went above and beyond, making me feel welcome and providing great recommendations. My Classic King Room was comfortable and very clean, but I prefer a firmer mattress for my personal taste.

would be happy to recommend for resting at all
Comfortable room, helpful staff, with a beautiful view of the city from our Classic King Room, and the location is very convenient as it is only a 15-minute walk from Government Center.
Nothing it was perfect.

It was just a perfect match for a short-term stay in Boston with great value for the money. The room service coffee was delivered in a ceramic teapot, which was a nice touch despite being cold. Make sure to check the dining options in advance to avoid late-night food search.

I really loved how close this place was to Boston Common, just a few steps away, and it made my afternoons strolling the beautiful park an absolute joy. The array of restaurants and bars within walking distance made exploring the local flavors so easy and delightful.

If I had a dime for every time I got lost on the way to my room, I'd buy a new map! A little signage wouldn't hurt, darling.

Had a great stay with friends! We visited the Charles River for some scenic views and checked out a local game. The area is super walkable, and it's easy to get around with Uber. Clean rooms made our trip enjoyable.
The staff could improve their hospitality. They didn’t really engage with us, which was a bit disappointing.

The Whitney Hotel was like stepping into a cozy haven—every corner had the charm of a well-loved book, and the staff had more warmth than a freshly baked batch of cookies. My room was quieter than a library on a Sunday afternoon, and the bed was so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud crafted by angels.

overall pleasant stay with minor inconveniences
The staff members were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the start. The little touches, like the complimentary small bites in the afternoon and generous toiletries, really enhanced our experience.
The pantry offerings could be updated more frequently.

The shared areas are beautifully decorated and incredibly accessible, with spacious hallways and cozy seating nooks that invite relaxation. The lobby offers delightful treats, making it warm and welcoming—perfect for a leisurely afternoon.
A few more elevators would improve accessibility.

Incredible experience with warm and welcoming staff who made every moment special. The comfortable furniture and good linens provided a cozy atmosphere, and the on-site restaurant served delightful meals, including perfectly cooked poached eggs. However, the pantry could use more variety, and there was limited space for families in common areas, which may be a concern for larger groups.

Perfect for couples seeking adventure
Let me tell you about this little detail that made a huge impact, we bought bubble tea and room didn't have a fridge, so guess what? Joyce actually brought us a portable fridge just like that. Then there's Carol, who lent us an umbrella when it poured outside, now that's service that makes you feel at home.
Sure it wasn't cheap but worth every penny.
